Take-Away Cristallo

"Le Menu Takeway" is the name of the menu at the Hotel Cristallo at the moment. Here, gourmets can choose to pick up their meal or have it delivered to their home.

Take-Away Cristallo

The restaurant "Le Bistro" was established in Arosa in 1982 by the landlord and Chef Bernd Twietmeyer. Freshly arrived in Arosa, he fulfilled his life's dream for himself and his family by buying the Hotel Cristallo.

"Fun is what tastes good" is the motto at "Le Bistro". Chef Florian Lau is also convinced of this, and he and his team are also swinging the ladle in the current situation and preparing a take-away dish for you. 

Orders must be placed by 4pm on the day of collection. From 6pm to 9pm, these dishes can be picked up from Cristallo, packed in reusable cans or vacuum-packed. There is a surcharge of CHF 20 for delivery service.

The experienced hotelier Jan Twietmeyer is the general manager of the Hotel Cristallo in Arosa. He is part of the Twietmeyer family that has been running the Hotel Cristallo for almost 40 years.
